✨What do you look for in a great agent/team member?
“Great agents have integrity and keeps their clients Best interest at heart, and returns phone calls 😂!”

✨What’s your go-to flavored soda order before a showing?
“Whatever is leftover in my fridge that the kids haven’t gotten to😂usually diet Dr Pepper with cream soda or coconut!”

✨What’s the biggest challenge in real estate right now?
“I’d say the biggest challenge right now is for families to find affordable housing. With the rise of interest rates even entry-level homes are just too expensive for most families.”

✨If you could have dinner with any 3 people (living or not), who would they be?
“I think it would be fascinating to have dinner with Einstein, Marilyn Monroe, and Jesus can you imagine the conversations? Ha!”

✨ What’s your favorite type of property to sell — and why?
“I love working with families and helping them move on with our next adventure. People come with unique situations and need unique homes to fit those situations. I love the feeling of walking in a home with a client and getting the feeling that it’s “the one” usually me and the client feel it at the same time, excitement electrifies the air and I love it!”

✨ Describe your perfect Sunday.
“I probably should say Church lol but honestly a perfect Sunday would involve a gorgeous hike, followed by a solid nap.”

15 homes. Incredible local agents. A can’t-miss giveaway sponsored by !

Here’s how it works:
• Tour any of the 15 open homes between 11AM–2PM around Mini-Cassia.
• Start at any location—you’ll get a card with all participating homes.
• At each stop, collect a sticker.
• Visit at least 8 homes to be entered to win the giveaway!
• Bonus: Every home after your 8th counts as an extra entry!
• Just leave your card (with contact info) at the last house you visit.

Winner will be drawn April 30th!
