Just in time for the holidays! 🎁

Another successful westcore connection turned client and now a friendship! Our clients reached out to us wondering how the home buying process worked; after our first meeting, we hit the ground running. Their first choice was to find a home here in the peninsula, but with how competitive this market was, they also had other backup cities. We began searching high and low in Hayward and after looking for a while and practicing patience, we found them the perfect home. The icing on the cake? It's located in the peninsula at their budgeted price, something we thought would be difficult to find.

As a team we pride ourselves on making sure we communicate with the the agent on the other side, which is how we got the deal done. The listing agent mentioned how we were the only ones to consistantly circle back and stay in contact with him and that is why they decided to solely counter us and got our clients into their very first home together just in time for Christmas.

The moral of the story is it matters where you work out, and communication is key. 🔑🏡

We are thrilled to share our newest closing with you, but more importantly, to share the reality of what the market looks like in the Bay Area right now.

After meeting our client through mutual friends at , she and her husband reached out to us as soon as they were ready to take the leap and buy their first home! Their search began in March and, with the market being so hot in the Bay Area, we knew we would be involved in multiple offer situations.

Before finding this home, we put in 2 offers on two other homes and, unfortunately, were outbid on both. Our clients were thinking about holding off on their home search until July, but then they came across what we immediately knew was THEIR home.

We quickly jumped on it. After viewing this home at 8 pm on Thursday, we made an offer and were officially under contract the next day at noon!

Buying your first home is always a bit daunting, and it may take one or two tries to get an offer accepted, but that shouldn’t discourage you from starting your search. Your dream home awaits you.

⏪ Let’s take it back to how we first met over a decade ago when we were just teenagers.

Gianna was a Sophomore (class of 2012) and Kaitlyn was a junior (class of 2011) at Aragon High School. We had matching friendship rings from Forever 21 and probably weren’t paying attention in Mr. Witmarsh’s class.

10 Woodcreek Ct. is officially sold!

After only 10 days on the market and receiving 4 offers, the seller accepted an offer of $2,875,000 almost 300k over asking. Being our first listing as a team, it wasn’t all rainbows and unicorns. A lot of people don’t talk about what goes into prepping for a listing and how tough it could be, especially the first one on our own.

There is a lot of pressure to:
1. Sell it quickly at top dollar, and
2. Make sure your seller is happy.

Lucky for us this beautiful home was gutted and redone beautifully and now has wonderful new owners to call it home. Congratulations to the seller and the new owners! 🍾🏡
