Margie Winter Swain, Realtor After earning a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in both Marketing and Psychology, Margie Swain dove right in to the real estate industry.

Margie is a real estate agent who works with buyers and sellers and also in commercial and rentals all throughout the Peninsula and has sold over $350M since 2016. She began her real estate career in commercial real estate and asset management in San Francisco for 3 years before breaking into residential real estate. After making the switch, she went on to work with the #1 Real Estate Agent in the Country per The Wall Street Journal. She then joined Sybarite Realty and helped sell over $350,000,000 in less than 4 years. Margie is able to utilize her experience as an agent and combine it with her marketing degree to provide insight into the current market trends and demographic analysis to our clients. Her degree in psychology has proven extremely helpful in negotiations, and she uses her educational background to help put together the best most effective marketing campaign for each specific listing. She specializes in working with first time home buyers and is happy to walk them through the process. Margie is a Los Altos native and focuses specifically in the Los Altos and South Corridor area.
