Moving from Wisconsin to the Bay area, real estate can feel overwhelming when trying to find a perfect home for your family. 
But with strategy, communication, planning and teamwork - We can always steal a deal :)
28th May - We check out this home in San Mateo
29th May - We review comps and compare this to all the other 40++ homes we have looked at. We review disclosures and do all our due diligence.
30th May - Clients go back to this home for the second time to feel and review it again.
4.30pm - Clients decide this is the best home thus far.
5pm - Clients would like to put an offer.
6pm - We figure out a strategy. Sellers are in Japan so we decide to work on Japan time.
7pm - We review all the disclosures once again to be sure. 
10pm - We review draft contract and strategize our pricing
12.30am now 31st May :) - We submit our offer
1.30am - The listing agent and I negotiate on our terms.
4am - We ratify.
8am - We wake up to celebrate our success.
5th June 11am - My clients have the keys to their new home
