Loved spending time as concert ushers with at Kohl Mansion today. There’s something special about being part of the experience—welcoming guests, supporting the event, and then getting to enjoy the performance from the balcony.

Today’s featured artists: the Calidore String Quartet—such an incredible performance in an intimate setting.

Mills Jazz Band always knows how to bring the concert to its peak—and this time was no exception. 🎷🔥

For the first time, I got to hear Mr. G jump in on trombone with the students, and wow… what a moment. The energy, talent, and passion on that stage were absolutely incredible. The concert was fabulous, the kids were amazing, and the jazz band truly took it to the next level.

Huge congratulations to all the talented students on an unforgettable performance, and special cheers to those who earned high achievement awards! 👏🎶 What an amazing way to close out the school year!

Still thinking about last week’s trip with the music program 🎶✨

As a first-time Mills chaperone, I didn’t quite know what to expect—but it turned out to be such a meaningful experience. Watching the orchestra students inside Disney’s Imagination Studio was incredible. Seeing them record music to iconic film clips—and create emotion in just minutes—was something I won’t forget.

Outside the studio… I got pulled into a very different kind of experience 😄
I tagged along with a group of adrenaline-loving kids and somehow ended up on rides I would never have gone on by myself 🎢

Huge appreciation for the amazing parent volunteers who made the trip run so smoothly—it made the whole experience easy and enjoyable for a newbie like me.

And most of all, feeling incredibly grateful for Mr. G. Getting to see his passion for music and the way he guides these students to grow—not just as musicians, but as people—was truly inspiring.

Moments like this remind me how special our community is 💛

Honored and grateful to be featured in the Spring 2026 magazine 💛

Seeing our holiday photo event highlighted as part of “A Spotlight on Community Giving” truly means a lot. This event is something close to our hearts—and it’s only possible because of the incredible support from our community.

Together, we raised over $3,000 to help shelter animals for last year's Giving Tuesday 🐾 Thank you to everyone who showed up, donated, and made it so special.

We’re excited to do it again this year with our wonderful photographer !

We had an amazing time watching the action from a penthouse view with the group — nothing beats a great crowd, great company, and great hockey! It was extra special celebrating a milestone for one of our beloved professors alongside friends and fellow alumni.
