Yesterday I had the honor of being part of the 4th Annual CHP’s for Kids Toy Drive, an event that served over 300 local families and reminded me why being deeply involved in the community matters so much to me.

Whether it’s supporting families during the holidays, showing up for small businesses, or helping build strong local partnerships, this work is personal. Community isn’t something I market — it’s something I live in, invest in, and care deeply about.

This is my One Love customer, Kacy. Less than 3 weeks ago, he walked into the café and said, “Rebecca, I want to buy a house.”

This photo? It’s Kacy signing his loan docs right here at One Love, the same place we met. He requested to sign here, and that means everything to me.

Today marks my first closing with eXp and it's with a One Love customer! I left a brokerage I genuinely liked because someone told me:
“Who do you think you are? You really think you can be great at both running a café and being a Realtor?” I fought to stay. I begged. But in the end, I chose to walk away from people who didn’t believe in me.

Kacy went into contract on 5/6 and closes 5/23. Fast, smooth, and full of trust.

And there’s more. I’m also starting a major remodel in SF for another One Love customer who saw what I did with the café and said, “Let’s do that to my home.” This project could earn him an extra $250K.
