"Woodlawn" Apartment paint job ! Here's the Light Grey/Blue and Darker Grey/Blue colors we went with for the front room. We thought they would look more Grey but dried with more of a blue tint to them. But I still like it ! The trim hasn't been cleaned up, or repainted yet, and the darker color is still splotchy because its still wet in some spots, (Don't Judge) 😆. But you get the idea.

"Woodlawn" Apartment paint job ! We're adding a real nice custom color to the bedrooms we picked out, I call it "CocoaChannel" , lol. I think it came out looking very nice. Way better that the dingy (smokers Tan/supposed to be white) color that the whole apartment use to be painted.

Montrose Apartment remodel we did a couple months back. Patched 3000 holes in the walls and redone almost all the plumbing. This one is currently rented out.

Our neighbors at our LaHarpe, Illinois Apartment Building finally got cleaned up thanks to Tim Johnston Jr.. Now it's ready for a privacy fence.
