Read this and let it hit your soul!!!!

I recently have witnessed even within my own family you build wealth to retire only to retire and have health issues! As I strive to grow and build an empire HEALTH is a priority! That dash is but just a short lived moment filled with this and that and this and that and very rarely is it focusing on true health to really live life to the fullest potential. This week I begin a journey to truly discover what health looks like! To first detox my body, then to begin to introduce what my body truly likes to eat and digest! Also we begin a journey focusing on food sensitivy, hormones, vitamin and mineral levels and thyroid health! 😭😭😭 guilt all the guilt! I have been busting my butt for my family and my business lots of traveling too for 2 weeks! Literally 2 weeks of back to back days early 4am mornings and 11:30pm nights! I didn’t have the energy to do a thing after 6pm last night and I fell asleep with Manny at bedtime at 9:30 completely Neglecting my husband! We missed doing fun stuff bc I had zero left in the tank! This am kiddos wake me at 7am and have been 1000x extra since 7:15….house destroyed fighting not listening AirBnb chaos…well Momma snapped! Life isn’t easy always! I am pushing myself and within the last 24 hours it’s affected my family deeply! Not telling you for a pity party I am doing it myself but this is real life! I am pushing hard to get to a level I have never reached for my FAMILY for time back and so I can continue to IMPACT the lives of my team members and bless others on a LeVEL they only dream of!! It’s my WHY but I also realize I gotta take care of me and my family and today I realize my new limits! Time to reset reflect stay grateful and realign this weekend! Prayers for some balanced weeks ahead! Letting the Good Lord lead the way realizing I can only do so much! Grateful for my husband who let’s me push to the limits but also keeps me in check ❤️ and says you need to chill. Love you babe
