Anyone know of a private landlord in Greensboro/High Point with a vacant unit who’s either looking to rent it for less than $850 (more ok if utilities included) or for rent plus repairs done by an experienced contractor? (Any combo of the above ok)

Casa Bella Construction is looking to hire a lead carpenter. 8 yr.+ experience, tools and own vehicle required. Living within a 20mi radius of Burlington preferred. Framing and trim experience, a good attitude and Willingness to SHOW UP every day required. This person will be training to head our second crew. Work with a boss who isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty and work just as hard as his crew. The only thing I can’t teach someone is a work ethic... Seeking someone self disciplined and motivated to grow with our company. Pay will be DOE.
