🏡 Just Sold! 🏡

This sale holds a special place in my heart! It all started when I connected with Brittany in a Facebook group, where she was talking about what it really takes to buy a home. I invited her to my coffee hour at Studio Cafe in Woburn (every Wednesday from 9am to 10am) and shared my Instagram with her to give her a feel for who I am and how I work with my clients. Brittany joined me for coffee back in March, hoping to learn more about the home-buying process, with a plan to maybe start looking around February of 2025.

We sat down, and I introduced her to a lender to help map out their finances and see if we could put a timeline together. After their chat, it looked like spring of 2025 might be the right time to start house hunting, but the lender gave them some homework to get them ready a bit sooner if possible.

Let me tell you—Brittany and Earl didn’t just do their homework; they went above and beyond! I’ve never seen anyone put in the kind of hard work and determination they did. They tackled everything faster than I could’ve imagined, proving time and time again that they’re unstoppable.

Along the way, we shared so many laughs about my girl Brittany being the ultimate bounce-back queen! There was no challenge too big, no roadblock they couldn’t overcome, heaven help anyone who tries to tell them “no”—it’s just not going to happen! 😆

After multiple offers in different areas, we finally landed their dream ranch home—a place where they can put their own stamp on it and truly make it their own. Brittany and Earl didn’t want a cookie-cutter house that didn’t feel like them; they wanted a blank canvas to create something personal and unique. And in this market, finding a home with no competition that fits their needs so perfectly is a win on every level.

It’s been such an honor to work with Brittany, Earl, and little Teddy throughout this journey. I’m so excited for what’s ahead for this incredible family, and I can’t wait to see all the beautiful memories they make in their new home!
