MPC Property Management is a proven leader in the industry, providing professional property management of residential and commercial investment properties, along with the management of community associations in Southeastern Wisconsin since 2008. We are currently looking for a dedicated success-driven individual to join our growing team as a Community Association Coordinator. In this position, you will play a vital role in managing and supporting the operations of the community associations we serve. This is a fast-paced, high energy position! Located in Burlington, the hours are 8:30am - 5:00pm.
The Role
• Provide professional clerical and administrative support in a fast-paced, customer service oriented environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally to the general public
• Ability to read basic financial statements
• Updating client database and all records
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Filing, faxing, scanning and emailing as required

The Ideal Fit
• Associates degree
• 2 years administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented. Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality.
