GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR A COLLEGE STUDENT!

MPC Property Management is seeking part-time, seasonal Clubhouse and Property Attendants for properties located in Burlington and Delavan, WI. Position starts Memorial Day weekend and runs through Labor Day.

The Attendant will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining a clean environment for the clubhouse, pool area, piers, playground areas, ponds/fountains, docks, guardhouse, beach, volleyball court, garages and lakefront. Ideal for a college student who is home for the summer. Additional hours may be available at other area properties as well. A large gathering is held on the Fourth of July, and Attendant will be required to work on this holiday.

Candidate must be able to act responsibly and independently, communicate effectively with other staff and residents, and maintain a friendly demeanor and attitude.

JOB SUMMARY: Administer the daily operation of a portfolio of community associations including both condominium associations and homeowner associations located in Southeastern Wisconsin.

REPORTS TO: Director of Community Associations

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Oversee day-to-day management of a portfolio of both condominium and homeowner associations;
Work closely with association board members;
Attend regular and special board meetings and member meeting(requires some evening and weekend meetings);
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements;
Act as liaison between board, homeowners, and vendors;
Ensure homeowner compliance with governing documents;
Review existing vendor contracts annually, secure competitive bids for all site services and vendors, and provide detailed analysis with recommendation to boards;
Oversee and ensure vendor compliance;
Provide monthly financial reporting to boards, and update boards on status of property’s projects;
Assist with budget preparation and forecasts, and oversee property budget throughout the year;
Monitor and enforce the terms of all contracts, billings, reconciliations, collection of dues, and other charges in compliance with governing documents;
Review and approve invoices/expenses related to property, and submit for payment;
Update homeowner records as required;
Ensure the highest possible standards of building/property maintenance and appearance by conducting regular property inspections;
Maintain all association records;
Perform other related duties as assigned.
TERRITORY: Property Manager covers assigned properties in the Southeastern Wisconsin area. Ideal candidate lives in or nearby Kenohsa and/or Racine. Headquarters is located in Burlington, where the position is located out of. Please submit resume along with salary requirements for consideration.
