Between the maintenance staff on duty Monday through Friday, and an answering service for evenings and weekends, 24/7 emergency communication is available to all tenants. OUR APPLICATION PROCESS: We will schedule an open viewing and then accept applications for review before requesting a security deposit. The application includes a credi
t report and references. A $25.00 (per person) fee for credit check is required with the application and is non-refundable. If the application is denied, the security deposit is returned 100%. If the applicant is approved and changes their mind, we will deduct from the security deposit a prorated amount for each day that the apartment remains on the market, up to the full amount of the deposit.
