Ultra clean food truck with only 25,000 original miles! This 2003 Workhorse P42 was a former US Postal mail truck stationed at a Virginia airport so it has very low miles and has only seen four northeast winters. Therefore, it is in immaculate almost like-new condition!

This 21' foot truck has been custom built with an 11' kitchen. It features all new equipment as of 2021 including a 36" flat top griddle, two 40 pound fryolators, four burner propane cooktop plus oven, 25" refrigerator, 27" sandwich prep unit with cooler, stainless steel prep table, three compartment sink with drainboards and sink covers, hand sink, and serving counter / service window with awning and drop down shelf.

A Square system with tablet, credit card reader, and receipt printer are included for point of sale purchases.

There is a 7000 watt ultra quiet gas generator that won't be annoying or obnoxious like other food trucks. It pops out for easy servicing. It has a100 pound propane tank on the back of the truck plus an auxiliary 35 pound propane tank welded underneath. It has a 30 gallon fresh water tank and a 42 gallon gray water tank plus hook ups for hose and shore power electricity. Four propane lines are all on their own valves. All units that have a compressor are vented to the outside. The 4 gallon water heater supplies endless warm water.

The 8' hood system with exhaust fan and fire suppression is cleaned regularly and looks like brand new. When the hood is vented open and the service window is open, it created a nice cross breeze keeping you cool. The back door can also be either partially or fully open for extra ventilation and has a hardy well made insect screen to let air in while keeping bugs out.
