NO Fresh produce today. We believe CVOEO will be delivering it once a month on the Thursday of Pantry Day (the Thursday after the third Wednesday of the month). The season has started very slowly, so we do not know when deliveries will begin with a larger volume, but we will do our best to keep you informed through Face Book, Robo-calls and the online bulletin board. Thank you.

This is a message to all Northgate pantry delivery recipients. Due to conflicts in van usage, your food delivery will be early tomorrow.

Please expect your delivery mid-day. If you will not be home, please make arrangements to either leave the items at your door or at a neighbor’s apartment. Thank you.

Hello Northgate Residents. Our regular food pantry is May 21st from 5:00 to 6:00 and May 22nd from 12:00 to 1:00 in the community hall. The only egg cartons that we need returned are the dozen count. Also, we will need to deliver pantry items for those with mobility issues earlier than usual on May 21st. Please make sure you leave instructions about what to do with your pantry items if you are not home.
Looking forward to that weekend; Saturday, May 23rd is green up day at Northgate from 11:00 to 1:00, with a barbecue lunch to follow from 1:00 to 2:00. The absolute last day to call to reserve a spot for this event is May 21st by 4:00. You must arrive by 11:30 on May 23rd to receive a lunch ticket and sign in if you want to participate in lunch. We have bags, gloves, and a limited number of grabbers for clean up. Thank you.

Spring Events The Greenhouse workshop series will focus on seed starting, seed saving, season extension and growing culturally meaningful crops in Vermont. All events will be free for all participants, thanks to funding from the Northeast Sustainable Agriculture Research and Education Program (SARE)...

UPCOMING EVENTS
May 9th—Pizza Verita will be here, once again, rain or shine! As always, we’ll have pizza and ice cream and some fun things to give away. 12:00 – 2:30
May 23rd—Northgate Green Up Day—11:00 – 1:00 and lunch 1:00 – 2:00 for participants. You must sign in by 11:30 to take part in the participant’s- lunch. Please call the office by May 18th to say you are participating, so we can order enough for lunch.
July 11th—Northgate Kids’ Fishing Derby—Spaces are limited—get permissions slips in as soon as you can! All kids should get them in the mail, but you can pick them up in the office too.
