Northgate residents: A couple of reminders...tomorrow, September 4, 2026 the management office closes at 12:00 and will be closed all day on Monday, September 7, 2026 in honor of Labor day.

If you want a turkey from the food pantry this year please fill out a form or call the office, and we can fill one out for you. THE ABSOLUTE LAST DAY TO RESERVE IS NOVEMBER 9, 2026. The only deliveries that will be done are for those on the pantry delivery list. All those who have reserved a turkey will be contacted with a date and time to come and collect your turkey.

October 31st and trick or treating is coming sooner than you think! Northgate will have its Trick or Treat Station on October 31 from 5:30 to 7:00, with candy and little trinkets!! If you want to come without a costume, that's ok too! Face Mania will be back with air tattoos!

Hello Northgate residents. Do you use the Northgate calendar that is mailed out each year? We are curious, since many residents don't seem to know about various events and programs that are scheduled in the calendar each year. Due to the rising postal costs, we will mail them out by request, but the calendars will be in the management office for your use and access to Northgate's programs and events. Again, if you use the calendar and would like one mailed to you, please call the office at 802-658-2722. Otherwise, stop in if you would still like a copy! The 2027 calendars will be available at the end of December, 2026. If you don't use the Northgate calendar and still want to know about various programs and events, please look for them in the Northgate News, emails and robocalls. Thank you!

The Northgate Management Office will be closed at 12:00 today (Friday) and all day on Monday, in honor of the Vermont State Holiday of the Battle of Bennington. If you have an emergency (no heat, no water, flood, smoke alarms) please call the office number for the answering service at 802-658-2722.

On August 27, 2026, you'll be able to check out books from 2:45 to 3:45 in the Northgate Library room. If the Fletcher Free librarian is not here, come in anyway and take a look at a book, have a cup of tea or coffee and relax in the leather loveseat or chair. Eventually, we'll have books that you can take and return without a library card as well.

a look into Northgate's history...58 years ago, on June 7, 1968, the Burlington Free Press reported groundbreaking for the first apartments to be built that would become Northgate.
