We are searching for a Maintenance Technician who can continue the Farrell Properties goal of trustworthy service, professionalism, and provide the highest of care for our residents.
The Maintenance Technician will be a part of a team responsible for but not limited to, the completion of work orders, preventative maintenance, unit turnovers, janitorial and grounds keeping. Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for accurate record keeping as it pertains to time and expense reporting – to ensure projects are being completed on time and on budget.
Pay is based on experience.

Applicants must have:
Valid drivers license
Friendly, approachable demeanor
Weekend Availably for On-Call shifts
Working knowledge of building mechanical systems
Problem Solving Skills
Time Management Skills
General Carpentry
