We are a pet friendly community with the exception that we do not accept any aggressive breed of animals, and we have a weight requirement of 45 lbs or less. We have a non-refundable pet fee of 350.00 for the 1st pet and $200 for the 2nd (limit 2) With a monthly pet rent of $25.00 monthly. Our units are all electric and tenants are responsible for electricity, water, trash, and pest control.
The application fee is $65.00 per adult, with an admin fee of $185.00 and there is a security deposit of $500.00. To apply you must make 3 times the rent and be able to provide your 4 most recent paystubs along, with ID and SS card. The application process usually takes only 3 days to complete and consists of a background check, credit, criminal, and rental verifications.
