Theresa understands, first hand, the process and considerations a job candidate goes through. That experience has helped prepare her to advocate for her real estate clients while demonstrating empathy and understanding for a transition someone goes through when deciding to make a move. Investing in professional development and continuing education has always been important to Theresa. A single parent of 3 children, Theresa returned to school to receive an Associate’s Degree from Champlain College. As a REALTOR, she successfully achieved the Accredited Buyer Representative and Seller Representative Specialist certifications, enabling her to better assist buyers and sellers. Today, she is an active volunteer on the Education Committee for Northwest Vermont Board of REALTORS. Her real estate business includes first time buyers, sellers, property investors, and relocating clients. An experienced property investor and landlord herself – Theresa appreciates the benefits and challenges of ownership. She also understands the tools and resources her clients need to be successful, which is why she joined Coldwell Banker Hickok & Boardman Realty. With a dedicated support team, Theresa will continue to focus on providing innovative real estate solutions and exceptional service to her clients.
