Last month🍁, mortgage rates hit 7.63%, close to October 2000 rates! Yes we had these rates over 20 years ago. Can you believe in the early 80s they hit 18.6% 😲 They were not much better in the 90s at 10%. All time average is 7.39%.

It turned a little cool this fall in the real estate world! Buyers may have more opportunities to sneak in to grab a home they love without multiple offers. For Sellers low inventory still makes for a great time to sell!

I love this lady and her family! I have had the absolute best fun, joy, and great conversations with all of them for the past 5 years as they searched for a VT home. I will greatly miss those hurried calls to see a place, but am thrilled that they found their “water feature” that they were hoping to have. My picture doesn’t even show how serene it is! Even though the sellers threw in some last minute hurdles at closing adding, we still managed laughs and smiles.
