A little bit about us . . .
We’ve been in the real estate business in Alamance, Guilford, and Orange Counties for over 15 years now. Brad started as an appraiser back in 2000 and Hilary started selling homes full time in 2005. We partnered up and started a team in 2014 and then opened our own small local brokerage - Hill Barbour Realty - in Burlington in 2015. We work together as a team to provide our clients the best service and experience possible. We truly enjoy what we do and we also care very much about getting positive results for our clients in buying and selling. Hilary’s strengths include being supportive and friendly and keeping our clients informed and calm during a sometimes stressful process plus she’s sold a bunch of homes so she knows how to navigate just about any situation that may arise. Brad’s strengths are great negotiating skills, fantastic pricing advice from his years in appraising, and being super good at dealing with the hard stuff when a real estate purchase or sale gets complicated. Experience seriously counts when you are selling your biggest asset or deciding where your family is going to live. You can trust us to help you through the process.
