Back in April, a former coworker reached out and asked me to help sell her parent’s home.

We listed it, went under contract in 8 days and officially closed on Wednesday. 🏡✨

Because this home held so many family memories, I wanted to give her something special. I reached out to and had her make a watercolor painting of the house so that my seller would always have a reminder of the place that meant so much to her and her family.

Moments like this are good reminders that real estate isn’t just about buying and selling houses. It’s about helping people through some of life’s biggest transitions, and being trusted to help during those moments is something I will never take for granted. 🤍
