Remember the buyer I met at the softball field back in March? 🥎

Yesterday, we closed on her home! 🎉🔑

As a busy single mom, finding time for a buyer consultation wasn’t easy, so I met her right where she needed me - at the softball field.

This journey wasn’t always easy. There were moments when she felt discouraged, but I kept reminding her to trust the process and trust that the right home would come along.

When this home hit the market, I showed it within 24 hours. We submitted an offer the very next day, and on Memorial Day, our offer was accepted! 🎉

Handing over those keys was such a special moment because this isn’t just a house, it’s her very first home. 🏡✨

☀️ The first day of summer is officially here! ☀️

Whether you’re spending your days by the pool, grilling with family and friends, or searching for the perfect place to call home, I hope this season brings plenty of sunshine, laughter, and memories that last a lifetime.

I’m spending this beautiful Sunday out doing a final walkthrough with my buyers as they prepare to close on their new home this week, and it couldn’t be a more perfect way to kick off the summer season. 🏡🔑

I also want to take a moment to wish all of the amazing fathers, grandfathers, and dads-to-be a very Happy Father’s Day! Thank you for all you do and for the love, guidance, and support you provide to your families every day. ❤️

Back in April, a former coworker reached out and asked me to help sell her parent’s home.

We listed it, went under contract in 8 days and officially closed on Wednesday. 🏡✨

Because this home held so many family memories, I wanted to give her something special. I reached out to and had her make a watercolor painting of the house so that my seller would always have a reminder of the place that meant so much to her and her family.

Moments like this are good reminders that real estate isn’t just about buying and selling houses. It’s about helping people through some of life’s biggest transitions, and being trusted to help during those moments is something I will never take for granted. 🤍

Buyer consultations don’t always happen at a desk, and that’s okay.

Today I met a busy mom at the softball field to go over the home buying process. It was such a great reminder that my job is to meet my clients where they are, not the other way around.

Life is busy. Schedules are full. But that shouldn’t stop you from becoming a homeowner.
