John — along with Michelle and Dante — is truly one of the kindest, most compassionate business owners in our community. Customers shared that they’ve cried with them through losses, celebrated wins together, and always felt genuinely cared for. One story shared spoke volumes: during a difficult end-of-life moment for a beloved cat, John provided food to try and find something the cat would eat — and cried right alongside the customer. A John hug really can make your whole day better.

Customers say it’s always a joy to shop at Midwest Pet Feed. They’re greeted with smiles, thoughtful conversations, and service that goes above and beyond — whether it’s finding answers, recommending quality products, or simply caring deeply about people and their pets.
