A Little Kitchen PSA 🍽️

Having a garbage disposal doesn't mean everything can go down the drain!

Scrape food into the trash first and never pour fats, oils or grease down the sink. Even a powerful disposal can't keep grease from building up inside plumbing and contributing to clogs.

A little prevention can save you from a sink full of water at the absolute worst possible time. 😬

Your pipes thank you. Your maintenance person REALLY thanks you. 😂

That curbside chair may come with some very unwanted roommates.

Before bringing used furniture into your home:

Avoid mattresses or upholstered furniture left on the curb
Carefully inspect secondhand furniture before bringing it inside
Check seams cracks and crevices for signs of bed bugs
Be especially cautious with upholstered items
If you suspect bed bugs report the problem promptly
Don’t use DIY pesticides or bug bombs without guidance because improper treatment can make the problem harder to control
