2001 by Amanda Peeler and her mother Annette Fulcher. Amanda grew her business through hard work, dedication, amazing owners, and great tenants. Both ladies passed away in 2013 and the business is now owned by Amanda’s husband Todd. Crystal Griffin is the broker/manager, Lynetra and Nancy are our leasing agents. Amanda’s vision was to provide personalized service for Sunshine’s owners. Today, we continue her vision and add our own touches, making Sunshine a dynamic, individualized, and professional property management firm.
