What is hiding beneath your new home? A sewer scope can reveal costly surprises like offset lines before you buy. Have you ever skipped this inspection?

Big gratitude moment over here!

I’m honored to share that I’ve been awarded the International Sterling Award with Coldwell Banker for 2026 ranking in the Top 11% of agents internationally AND for the 7th year in a row I won the exceptional service award. This is near and dear as this comes straight from my clients feedback.

My office won #1 Coldwell Banker Office nationally (51-100) agents earning the President's Premier Office Award. Pretty darn cool IMO.

Real estate is never a solo sport. It’s built on trust, referrals, repeat clients, late-night texts, tough negotiations, inspections, emotions, and a whole lot of strategy. Every closing represents someone’s next chapter and being trusted with that means everything to me.

To my clients: thank you for choosing me, for referring me, and for allowing me to guide you through such important transitions.
A big shot out to my partners-- lenders, attorneys, inspectors, trades and co-workers we do this together! I couldn't be more thankful to you all.

Here’s to continuing to serve with integrity, preparation, and heart. 💙

So excited for my buyer today.
She is now a proud homeowner and excited to make her new house a home. Congratulations and thank you to my partners at East Rise, State Farm and CDB for getting us to the finish line.
