Beeline Home Services is looking for an experienced construction professional to join our team as a Senior Field & Estimating Coordinator.
We’re looking for someone who has spent years—maybe decades—as a contractor, remodeler, carpenter, superintendent, maintenance professional, or all-around construction professional.
Someone who can walk onto a project, look around, and know what needs to happen.
📍 Burlington / Alamance County
⏰ Approximately 30–35 hours per week
🔨 Primarily knowledge, estimating & leadership — not heavy physical labor
WHAT YOU’D BE DOING:
• Estimating painting, repair and remodeling projects
• Planning jobs and helping crews get started right
• Visiting active projects and troubleshooting problems
• Guiding and mentoring field employees
• Catching problems before they become expensive problems
• Performing quality-control inspections and final walkthroughs
• Helping make sure projects stay on track and finish well
We’re not necessarily looking for someone who wants another 10 or 15 years of grinding through construction.
We’re looking for someone who still loves the work, still has a lot to contribute, and would enjoy using a lifetime of experience in a different way.
Dependability, good judgment, character, and the ability to work well with people matter to us.
