🌱 Maintenance Technician I — Grounds
Property appearance, grounds, trash, upkeep, and support of the maintenance team.
No on-call required.
🔧 Maintenance Technician II — Experienced
Hands-on maintenance experience with basic to moderate handyman skills.
🛠 Maintenance Technician III — Seasoned
More experienced technician with strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
⭐ Maintenance Technician IV — Supervisor
Experienced technician with leadership ability and additional advanced skills.
💜 SKILLS WE VALUE
We're looking for well-rounded maintenance professionals with basic to moderate handyman skills and experience in areas such as:
✔ Apartment, hotel, hospital, or large-office maintenance
✔ Basic plumbing & electrical
✔ Drywall & painting
✔ Appliance repair
✔ HVAC knowledge or certification (a plus!)
✔ Preventative maintenance & troubleshooting
✔ Strong problem-solving skills

⏰ SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
One-hour lunch
Must be dependable, motivated, and able to work independently while being a strong team player.
📞 ON-CALL
On-call is a shared team responsibility, currently rotating approximately once a month. The schedule may increase or decrease depending on team size, experience, and who is qualified to participate.
💰 PAY
Competitive, negotiable pay based on knowledge, experience, and skill level.

✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Pass a drug screening & background check
✔ Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
✔ Self-starter who takes pride in their work
