The final numbers are in—Team Redstone exceeded our goal of raising $15,000 to support youth in our community.
Through the Spectrum Youth & Family Services Sleep Out, more than $360,000 was raised to provide critical resources and support for local youth.
We’re proud to be part of a community that shows up and makes a meaningful impact—together.

Sometimes when our residents let us know they’re moving out, we ask them to take a video of their apartment so we can showcase it on our website. But when a furry friend calls that unit home… you might just run into the house manager mid-video. And honestly? We’re here for it.🎥🐶🐱

A small group from Redstone—including our very own Erik Hoekstra—participated in this year’s Spectrum Sleep Out to help raise funds and awareness for youth experiencing homelessness.

The non-profit Spectrum Youth & Family Services helps around 2000 people every year with basic needs like showers, heat in the winter, and mental health care.

🎄 The holiday season is here! You may have spotted our festively decorated maintenance van spreading cheer around our properties. Our offices will close early at 1 PM on Wednesday, December 24, remain closed December 25–26, and reopen at 8 AM on Monday, December 29.

🚐🚨 While our offices are closed, our maintenance team is available for after-hours emergencies to keep things running smoothly. If you see our festive van or a member of our maintenance team, be sure to say hello and help us spread the holiday joy!
