The release at Buchanan dam on July 14 took out my dock… this is my large part of my livelihood as a single mom…It’s gonna cost me lots to get this back in shape… this is what a simple controlled flood can do to someone’s property… Doesn’t seem very fair to open all the gates right behind my house instead of breaking them up…
