Happy Thanksgiving!!

We would like to thank all of you for help getting signed up for Tenant Cloud this month. Our first month online went great. If anyone needs help with anything on the app, please let me know. We’re all learning at the same time, but I think it’s going to be great for us all. I have a favor to ask of all of you, please make sure to unhook all hoses outside. Cold weather is coming next week along with some possible snow.
Today our office is closing at noon. I hope everybody has a wonderful holiday and a safe holiday. If there’s any emergencies, please contact me here or on Tenant cloud.

Good morning everybody it sure is getting cold! Please do me a favor and unhook your hoses from the spigot. We have freezers coming and we definitely don’t want to have any busted pipes.

Good morning. I wanted to take the time to share several key updates with everyone.
As of October 1, Liz left our company to open her own office. We hope the transition is as easy and seamless as possible.
We also have a new name, Caves Property Management.
Our company will be encouraging our tenants to use our new program to pay rent and service requests, plus so much more. I believe I have completed sending emails to our current tenants regarding Tenant Cloud, and I encourage you to take a moment to register your account. This program is going to make life easier for everyone.
If you did not receive an email, please do not hesitate to contact me. We will start invoicing tenants for November rent.

I hope everyone is enjoying this great weather.

Don’t forget to maintain your space by replacing your air filter.

Please pull ALL trash carts you have to the curb on SEPT 30th. Republic will be collecting them.
The new trash company, Veteran Waste Solutions will be delivering new ones to you on Sept 27th.

From what I understand tomorrow is going to be another bad wind day. If you have anything outside, please bring it inside and if anything of yours blows away, please go get it after the storm. If you have any problems storm related, please message us here immediately.

Worst. DMX Song. EVER! Winds are howling this afternoon, but really crank up behind a cold front overnight into tomorrow, creating a dangerous wind shift for firefighters. Wind of 45-65 mph with locally higher gusts closer to 70 mph possible.

Since the trash truck will not be out picking up cans today, please because of the winds bring your trash cans up so that we don’t have trash cans down in the road. Thank you so much sorry for the inconvenience Oklahoma weather sometimes can be a mess. have a great day. Stay warm
