🎉 I am so excited for my buyer who's offer was accepted last night!

We saw a home on Tuesday and wrote an offer by the afternoon. Listing agent calls me later saying "We received another offer but my sellers feel confident with you, the way you wrote and presented the offer and the communication with me versus the other agent."

That is what won!

Final signatures took place at 11:54pm, yes you read that correctly. When you hear us say it matters who you work with, we really mean it.
