50/50 raffles are in and are ready for sale, $5.00 each.
We will take Cash, or Venmo. We have 700 tickets to sell (that's a total of $3500 IF ALL ARE SOLD) the total of all the sales from the tickets will be split, half will go to Jake Christensen and the other half will go to the winner.

Hello We are 4 days away to our FREE skating event at Skateville in Burnsville from 4 to 6.
All names have been entered into the drawing who participated in the Trivia questions for the $100 Amazon gift card, name will be drawn at the event.
We will also have 5 other drawings through out the event, so come have fun, get your skates on and dance like it's the 80's.
We will be serving cup cakes and handing out goodie bags for the 1st 100 people.

NOTICE OF REDEMPTION RIGHTS
What Happens After the Foreclosure/Sheriff Sale?
After the Sheriff's sale, you have the right to "redeem". Redeem means that you pay the amount bid for your house at the Sheriff's sale, plus interest and costs, to keep your house (Note: this must be done in Cash. The Sheriff does not accept a mortgage for this.). You can keep living in your home for a period of time after the foreclosure sale. This is called a "redemption period," The redemption period is typically 6 months after the Sheriff's sale (but could be 5 weeks or 12 months). At the end of the redemption period, if you do not redeem or SELL, you will have to leave your home. If you do not leave, the person or company that bid on your home at the Sheriff's sale has the right to file an eviction against you in court.
If you are behind on your Mortgage, in MN and WI you have a redemption period- PLEASE know you still can sell your home, keep the equity and save your credit from having a foreclosure on your credit report.
We may even be able to get you $3000 relocation fee.

The 1st thing to do when you are behind on your mortgage and facing foreclosure, is call your bank and ask for a loan modification.
What Is a Loan Modification?
A loan modification is a change to the original terms of your mortgage loan. Unlike a refinance, a loan modification doesn't pay off your current mortgage and replace it with a new one. Instead, it directly changes the conditions of your loan.
