We met on a cold winter day. I remember my fingers were frozen by the time we were done with our first showing. It’s not every day that I meet a pair of friends who want to buy a home together. ļæ¼Their deep level of friendship has left a little star behind. Some people in life make a great impact on you, which you’ll certainly never forget. Others make smaller impacts that subtly change your worldview. I am proud to have worked with these two lovely ladies and I hope to have more experiences that leave little lights in my life like this.

After 9 months of studying Mandarin at TCLM together, we decided to celebrate the end of the spring semester at Samarkand in Plymouth. I’ve made some great friends who have helped me pull through in hard times and I hope we’ll continue supporting each other through our journey in life and learning.

P.S. I seem to naturally form friendships with men, so I welcome more women into my life!

When I first met my client, I was impressed by his beard! šŸ˜† He is a super great guy to work with. I had the chance to meet his family members who are all wonderful as well. He’s opening up a Chinese restaurant in NE Mpls this summer so I’m looking forward to checking it out and I hope this post will get him some more coverage!

Confidence usually comes after action. You build it by doing it, even when you don’t feel ready.

Awareness usually comes before improvement.

3% down = $12,000
10% down = $40,000
20% down = $80,000

How much should you put down?

1. What’s a realistic savings goal for you?

If it’s gonna take you 15 years to save $80,000…maybe we need to consider other options!

2. What monthly payment can you comfortably afford?

If the payment at 3% down feels way too high for you, keep saving!

3. What other goals do you have?

If you’d rather prioritize saving for retirement or investing, put less down!

The more you put down, the lower your monthly costs. The average first-time buyer puts about 5% down.

If your goal for 2026 is to buy a house…

I’m 34 and I finally got tired of my own excuses. On December 22, 2025, I started again.

This time is different. I’m not relying on anyone but MYSELF for accountability. This is my NON-NEGOTIABLE.

The plan: 5–7 days a week of pure bodyweight and calisthenics workouts. I knew I had to start small so I wouldn't burn out, but the road wasn't smooth.

šŸƒā€ā™€ļø Week 1: I only managed 3 days. Between coming off a 2-month workout break, 3 months of daily dizziness, and a thumb injury, just showing up was the victory.

šŸ“ˆ Week 2: Hit 6 days! I knew I was gold, even if I wasn't strong enough for handstands yet.

šŸŒŖļø Week 3: Tried a handstand progression ONCE. My shoulders shook like a leaf in the wind, but it was progress! (Also: I finally found the right practitioner to fix the dizziness!)

šŸ’Ŗ Week 4: Tried handstand progression TWICE. My back and shoulders felt solid. I realized I could hold it longer if I really pushed.

🧠 Week 5: My husband assisted me with a wall handstand, but my lower back arched too much and it hurt a bit. Later, I tried it alone and got scared of falling so I gave up after two kicks.

✨ Week 6 (TODAY): I asked for another assist and WOW. 🤩 I felt so stable and STRONG! Now it's just a balancing issue.

I have never been able to hold myself this accountable. It is NEVER too late to start. If I can work through the dizziness, the fear, and the physical limits, so can you.

This is the energy I’m using to power my health and my online business. šŸš€

What’s one goal you’re refusing to give up on? Let’s talk in the comments.

Discipline now = Freedom later

I didn’t grow up with money.

I wasn’t handed freedom.

I had to build it hour by hour.

While most people were clocking out, I was clocking in on my dreams.

I wasn’t always motivated.

I was just tired of watching life pass by.

That’s why I became a realtor.

That’s why I’m building my online business.

The life I want is paid for in discipline.
