If you are considering selling your home it is fair to say with good communication and prep, good results are like none I have ever seen in my 46 years of helping people. Last Friday, after some pre marketing, I listed a home for a family, and as they headed for their new Texas location they received 14 offers before they got settled in Texas. ALL above list price thanks to many good Realtors searching hard for their clients. They need more homes and If you list it properly with professional guidance, they will come. ENJOY the weather, HERE COMES SPRING!

Times change and how we market and show our properties follow that. Getting ready for first 3 listings since format has changed. I have ordered or obtained booties , videos ,gloves and sanitizer. As buyers and sellers I am still learning after 4 decades. I want to know your thoughts if you were in the market. Concerns, suggestions etc. thanks.

IN A WORLD FULL OF PROBLEMS BE A SOLUTION. I hope that is what I have done for all the people I have been blessed to help since I received my license in the spring of 1974. HELP YOURSELF by asking for help. Realtors are in a SERVICE BUSINESS and not a sales business. I believe in our business as Realtors we serve best by FIRST LISTENING to you and then guiding you to the end of your journey while educating and informing you, allowing you to make good decisions. The SECOND PART is being part of and bringing you the whole force or team in America. The National ,State and local Realtor Associations. I have worked for years to ensure all Rrealtors I have had the pleasure to meet know that I and my clients appreciate and value their efforts.

2019 is one that is a turn around year. Homes short but more even market seems to be in play. Rates lower than I see later in the year. Economy still good so looks like a good time to buy or sell. GET EDUCATED ON THE SPECIFIC AREAS YOU WANT AND DONT FORGET YOUR LONG TERM GOAL WHEN MOVING TO BUY OR SELL. Buying or selling is about fulfilling your vision to match why you are buying or selling. DONT let emotion get in the way of the business of buying or selling. It is a fun exciting time and not a poker game. Seeing both sides of your purchase helps both sides find a win. Have a wonderful new year. My 3 P's. Power, Possibilities, and Purpose.
The power is wit you. You are the CEO of your search. Possabilities are the wish list , your dream. Look at those and then look at the reality or Purpose to sort out what works to help you focus on what makes sense. Things like budget, distance to work, space needed verses wanted for your budget. How long you see living there etc.
