Homes are so much more than four walls and a roof...For 64 years, this house was filled with love, laughter, family traditions, lots of celebrations and amazing memories that make a house a home 🏠
This closing was bittersweet as my dear friend and her two sisters said goodbye to their childhood home. While the keys have been passed on, the love their parents poured into the home and the legacy they created will always remain with their daughters…No closing can change that
It has truly been an honor to walk alongside these wonderful sisters during such an emotional journey. Thank you for trusting us during this important chapter in your lives 🙏

We met the Honeycutt Family when our boys started playing baseball together when they were 9 years old. We’ve had the opportunity over the last 14 years to spend time in their beautiful home celebrating with them at some of the best Halloween parties they put together 🎃, coffee & drinks on the deck☕, movie nights🍿, book club📚,Christmas & New Years Eve gatherings🎉, card & game nights♦️♣️, graduations🎓, and so much more. What a beautiful home and memories they created together with family & friends.
It has been such an honor to be able to help some of our closest friends through the process of selling their home. We could not be more excited for their next adventures as they begin the journey of building their soon-to-be dream home. 🏠

Congratulations, Austin &Rachel on the purchase of their very first home 🩵🏠
These two worked hard, prepared, stayed patient through the process—and they made it happen! 🙌
We looked at a number of homes together, but none of them had that “this is the one” feeling. Then we walked into the last house we toured…and I immediately saw that sparkle in their eyes. ✨ I had a feeling this was going to be the one they would call HOME.
As we walked through one of the kids’ bedrooms in the house we were touring, we saw a “sign” Literally —a sign hanging on the wall with their son’s name, Henry. ❤️ Sometimes things just feel like they’re meant to be…And apparently, they were—because Austin and Rachel put in an offer and WON in multiple offers! 🎉🏡
We are incredibly proud of this young couple for setting a goal, working hard towards it, and making their dream of homeownership a reality.💪
