We are so happy to get this one across the finish line!

32 acres, incredible views of Happy Valley, a beautiful log cabin, and a swimming pool - this property checked almost every box for our buyers, and we were thrilled to help them make it theirs!

This one wasn’t without its challenges. During due diligence, we discovered several open permits on the property. We worked closely with the sellers to come up with a solution and get everything addressed, closed out, and finalized before closing.
