📈 The Fed raised rates again this week. Cue the panic headlines.

But here's what they're not telling you: today's rates are STILL below the median 30-year fixed rate of 7.23% — a number tracked since 1971. 🏡

We hit an all-time low of 2.65% in 2021 (rare!). We also hit nearly 18% in 1981 (also rare!). Today's rates sit comfortably in the "historically normal" zone.

Rates will always move. Your job isn't to predict the Fed — it's to know YOUR numbers. 💪
