Some people think I have everything figured out. Trust me, I don’t!
Half the time I’m figuring things out as I go, just with a little more confidence and more patience.
Life doesn’t come with instructions, and neither do most of the things we decide to do.

You learn, you mess up, you try again… and eventually you realize you’re capable of a lot more than you thought.

And remember, sometimes the best move is the one you were scared to make.

If you know me, you know I’m ALL about fall… and unfortunately, so is my wallet. 😂 Mums, pumpkins, cute porch stuff SOMEHOW 🤷🏻‍♀️ it all comes home with me.
BUT here’s my real estate excuse: curb appeal matters. 🏡
You might not be thinking about selling right now, but people notice homes. They drive by, walk the neighborhood… basically wander around looking at houses just like I do. 😂
And that house they’ve always thought was cute? When the FOR SALE sign finally goes up, you might already have your perfect buyer watching. 👀😉
So yes… I’m buying the mums. It’s basically marketing. 😂🍁🏡

A fresh coat of paint is one of the easiest ways to make a home feel cleaner, brighter, and more updated. Warm whites, soft beiges, and light neutrals help buyers focus on the home itself BUT that doesn’t mean everything has to be boring. 😉

Small updates can make a BIG difference. ✨
