All Realtors are not created equal.

I know that might ruffle a few feathers, but it’s the truth.

A 40-hour class teaches you how to pass a test.

It does not teach you how to price a home correctly.

It does not teach you how to protect a client during negotiations.

It does not teach you how to walk into a living room, look a seller in the eye, and tell them the number they want is not the number the market will support.

It does not teach you how to calm down a buyer who is about to make an emotional decision that could cost them thousands.

It does not teach you how to read people, solve problems, manage timelines, understand risk, or keep a deal together when everything starts moving sideways.

That comes from experience.

That comes from coaching.

That comes from being around people who actually know how to do this business at a high level.

Real estate is not just opening doors and writing offers.

This is strategy. This is communication. This is money. This is somebody’s family, equity, future, and next chapter.

And if you’re an agent, you need to understand something.

Your license got you in the room.

It did not make you great.

What makes you great is what you do after that.

The questions you ask.

The people you learn from.
