Some closings are smooth… while some EARN their spot in the “Craziest Real Estate Transactions” category! 🥴🏡

This one tested everybody involved!

Navigating through three different contact people with the lender, resolving survey issues with title, delayed inspections, repairs needing to be redone multiple times, and all the moving pieces in between… there were moments it felt like we were climbing uphill the entire transaction.

BUT — my young buyers (20 years old) stayed patient, focused, trusted the process, and we pushed through every obstacle together 💪🏼

That’s the thing about real estate people don’t always see…
Sometimes getting to the closing table takes strategy, communication, problem solving, persistence, and a whole lot of teamwork behind the scenes.

In the end, WE GOT IT DONE 🙌🏼🔑
