If you are wondering how you can buy a home or sell your home - here are a few bits of information that should help you.

Buying A Home
1) You can still purchase a home, but it will have to stay under the guidelines of the stay-at-home order and social distancing.

2) You can view homes online and check out their specifics. Click this link to get the app that will show you homes in your area. http://app.thepreferredrealty.com/TPRFDICKINSON

3) If you see a home you like, I can stay help you view the home virtually, obtain paperwork such as disclosures and property lines and anything else you may need.

4) If you decide you would like to purchase the home, I will have you sign a COVID-19 form which gives you several options on extending the closing date and other options.
5) We will sign all paperwork electronically and prepare for the closing.

Listing Your Home
We can still list your home - all paperwork will be done virtually.
As the homeowner - you will be responsible for taking photos or videoing a virtual tour for possible buyers.
