All things real estate, architecture, construction and design have intrigued me since I was a child, watching my dad & his friends build our home. I loved finding an Architectural Digest or similar magazines & I constantly rearranged my room. Experiences as an interior designer, project manager, entrepreneur and real estate investor along with marketing & builder sales roles were some of the stepp

ing stones that led me to be a REALTOR®. Communication, creative thinking, and a collaborative work style with focus on client service all come naturally to me. I partner with my clients first by listening, then embracing their goals as my own. That helps me develop a custom-tailored strategy to help you succeed and celebrate in getting what you want. Raised in Forward Township, I attended Seneca Valley. After university, the proverbial “wing-spreading” years, lots of travel & relocations, I returned to my roots. Through a string of serendipitous events, I married a guy who rode my school bus and settled only a couple of miles away from my original home.

“Immediate family only” events consists of 36 people. If you are a local, you likely know a Caruso or two! My husband, Steve, and I spend ridiculous amounts of time catering to our handsome silver lab, Harley. I enjoy taking art classes, learning CrossFit, reading, walking Harley around the neighborhood, kayaking, riding bikes and traveling with Steve.

As August comes to an end, it's the perfect time to reflect on your real estate goals and think about what's next.

Whether you're planning to buy, sell, invest, or simply learn more about the market, every successful move starts with a conversation and a clear plan.

You don't have to have all the answers today.

You simply have to know where you want to go.

Real estate isn't about predicting the future.

It's about making informed decisions that help you build the future you want.

If a move is on your horizon, I'd be happy to help you create a strategy that fits your goals.

Here's to new opportunities in the months ahead.

Every buyer's wish list is different, but several priorities continue to stand out this year.

Many buyers are looking for homes that offer:

• Flexible spaces for working from home.

• Functional kitchens with plenty of storage.

• Outdoor living areas for relaxing and entertaining.

• Energy-efficient features.

• Neighborhoods that support their lifestyle.

The biggest trend isn't a specific style or design.

It's choosing a home that makes everyday life easier.

The best home isn't necessarily the biggest.

It's the one that fits your life today while giving you room to grow tomorrow.

Which feature is at the top of your wish list?

"The best investment on Earth is earth."
– Louis Glickman

Real estate has always been about more than buying property.

It's about creating stability, building memories, investing in your future, and finding a place that truly feels like home.

Whether you're purchasing your first home, upgrading, downsizing, or simply planning for what's next, every move should support the life you want to build.

A home isn't just where life happens.

It's where your future begins.

If you could describe your dream home in one word, what would it be?

Mortgage rates are an important part of the home buying conversation, but they aren't the only factor worth considering.

Finding the right location, choosing a home that fits your lifestyle, understanding your long-term goals, and creating a realistic financial plan all play an equally important role.

Many successful homeowners didn't wait for perfect conditions.

They focused on finding the right home at the right time for their personal situation.

Every buyer's journey is different, and the best decision is the one that makes sense for you.

If buying a home is one of your future goals, starting the conversation early can help you feel more prepared when the opportunity comes.

Luxury real estate continues to evolve, and today's buyers are redefining what premium living looks like.

For many younger buyers, it's less about excess and more about intentional living. Walkable communities, wellness spaces, home offices, outdoor entertaining areas, smart home technology, and thoughtfully designed architecture are becoming just as desirable as impressive square footage.

Today's dream home isn't simply beautiful.

It supports the lifestyle people want to create.

No matter your price point, choosing a home that aligns with your goals and everyday routines will always be one of the best investments you can make.

Brand-new construction continues to capture the attention of many buyers, and for good reason.

In many communities, builders are focused on moving completed inventory, creating opportunities that buyers may not have considered. From modern floor plans and energy-efficient features to builder incentives and move-in-ready homes, new construction can be worth adding to your search.

Every builder and community is different, which is why it's important to compare all of your options before making a decision.

Sometimes the home you've been searching for isn't an existing listing. It could be one that's never been lived in before.

The real estate market continues to evolve, and today's buyers are approaching the process differently than they did just a few years ago.

Instead of rushing into every listing, many buyers are taking time to understand financing, compare neighborhoods, and define what matters most before making an offer. Preparation has become one of the biggest advantages in today's market.

If you're thinking about buying, consider focusing on:

• Understanding your budget before shopping.
• Prioritizing needs over wants.
• Keeping an open mind about different property types.
• Being ready when the right opportunity appears.

Every market presents opportunities. The key is knowing how to recognize them.

Whether you're thinking about buying next month or next year, starting the conversation early can make all the difference.

Real estate isn't about having all the answers today. It's about creating a plan that gives you confidence when the time is right.

The earlier you begin exploring your options, the more prepared you'll be when the perfect opportunity comes along. Even if you're not ready to make a move, asking questions and learning about the process can help you avoid surprises later.

Every successful move begins with a simple conversation.

What's one real estate question you've always wanted to ask? Send me a message or leave it in the comments. I'd be happy to help.

One of the greatest compliments I can receive is hearing that I've made the buying or selling process a little easier.

If we've worked together and you've had a positive experience, I'd truly appreciate you taking a moment to leave a Google review.

Your feedback not only means a great deal to me, but it also helps future buyers and sellers feel confident when choosing someone to guide them through one of life's biggest decisions.

Every review, no matter how short, helps build trust and allows others to learn about the experience you had.

Thank you for your continued support. It never goes unnoticed.

Ready to share your experience? I'd be grateful for your Google review.

One of the biggest misconceptions about selling a home is believing every room needs a complete makeover.

In reality, buyers often notice the little details first.

Fresh paint, updated light fixtures, clean grout, modern cabinet hardware, pressure-washed driveways, and neatly maintained landscaping all communicate that a home has been well cared for.

The goal isn't perfection.

It's creating a space that feels clean, welcoming, and move-in ready.

Small improvements can help buyers focus on the home's potential instead of the projects they think they'll need to tackle after moving in.

What's one update you've made that completely transformed a room?
