Earlier this month, I was proud to have helped my buyers purchase this beautiful home in Valencia. This closing was my first million-dollar sale, and it couldn't have been with a better family! I received the lead for these buyers from their brother. I helped him purchase a home several years ago. The experience was challenging at times, but in the end, we closed on the house and now they get to make it their home! I am looking forward to working with this family to sell their previous homes in the next couple of months. Needless to say, I can't thank them enough for trusting me with their home-buying and home-selling experiences.

Coming off my second-best year in real estate in 2025 at almost $4,800,000 in sales volume, I have to take a minute to thank all of my amazing clients that I had the pleasure of working with this past year. I listed 8 homes and helped 10 buyers purchase homes in 2025. The highlight of my year was helping Reilly and Anthony purchase their first home! My business depends on referrals and word of mouth, and I appreciate all of my friends, family, and former clients who help promote me.
I am excited to see what 2026 has in store for my business. I'm excited to meet new people, list more houses than I did in 2025, and help new buyers find their perfect homes.
