CLOSED!!! Who needs 6-7 when you can have 9-7!!!???!!! 97 Robin Lane is a special one. My sister and brother-in-law have been searching for a camp for a long time. So long that they decided to just build, but that took us through a detour when we found them vacant land earlier this year and it would not pass for a septic. After a period of defeat, we had to get back in the saddle. Several months later this charmer hit the market. They are excited to start making memories with their kids at their new getaway.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Client Testimonial

“We had a wonderful experiece working with Jennie! She helped our family with two homes, and both experiences went very smoothly. She was always there to answer our questions, offer advice, and help us negotiate throughout the process. Jennie truly went above and beyond for our family and was always willing to help whenever we needed her. We always felt that she had our best interests in mind. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent. We are so grateful for everything she has done for our family and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!”

SOLD!!! If you follow my page you know that I have had some emotional journeys in real estate. This one could be at the top of the list. Sadly, Mr. seller did not get to see the property close, the good Lord needed another angel. My heart breaks for Mrs. seller as she makes her way through this new chapter of life. I know he will be watching over her as she gets moved into her new home. The buyer purchased the home for she and her elderly mother and they plan to use the big back yard for a couple of new pups play area. I hope the memories my seller has of she and her husband's home live on forever and that the new buyers can create many wonderful memories of their own here in this sweet little ranch in Butler, PA!!!
