Each year, we renovate, upgrade, repair and maintain our properties to keep them safe and reliable. The Caparosa Family, who owns The Garden Apartments of Slippery Rock has lived in the Slippery Rock & Butler Area for generations. We have a long term investment in our rental properties and in our tenants-welfare. We also own a family fun and entertainment center in Butler, called Family Bowlaway.

Family Bowlaway offers its' customers bowling, laser tag, arcade, meeting rooms, and the 11th Frame Bar and Grille.
