Who would have ever thought I would find Shisa Dogs in Twin Bridges, Montana. Such a cute town. Twin Bridges is in Madison County and is where the Ruby, Beaverhead and the Big Hole Rivers form the Jefferson. It has some of the best fly fishing in Montana. I have a goal this year to learn how to fly fish. It goes to show its never to late to teach an old dog new tricks! You might even see me cook one up on on here. Do you have any goals to learn new things this year?

Did you know that during the height of Covid Sriracha was impossible to find? Or as I like to call it... " the kickin chicken". They ran out! No one could taste so everyone wanted the tingle on their tongue. The company said it was due to a chili shortage bc of a bad crop. All I know is that it's a good thing we were stocked up in our house because Sriracha Honey Brussells Sprouts is a favorite. It's what's for dinner tonight. Do you like Brussells Sprouts?

Tonight on the table for dinner will be Filipino Pork Adobo. I once took second place in a Filipino Adobo Cooking Contest. Its one of my favorite dishes. It fills the house with crazy amazing mouth watering aroma! I serve it on a bed of brown jasmine rice to get a little nutty floral note. Yum!

Paul Bocuse was the Father of Nouvelle Cousine. One of this most famous dishes is the "VGE" Truffle Soup. It was created for the Élysée Palace on the occasion of Chef Bocuse receiving the Legion of Honor from President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing on February 25, 1975. I was honored to make a version of this dish with Bocuse.
