There's a number that explains why we started building homes here.
More than 7,000 households on the Western Slope earn between $75,000 and $131,000 a year — teachers, nurses, tradespeople — and cannot find a home they can actually afford to buy. Not for lack of trying. For lack of supply at that price.
That gap doesn't close with good intentions. It closes with production.
So we built a factory in Grand Junction. Controlled conditions, less waste, and roughly half the delivery time of site-built construction. Homes made here, by people who live here, for families who already work in this community.
The crew on our floor isn't working for an out-of-state buyer. They're building for their neighbors.
