In past years, I’ve sat in the audience at our statewide convention, listening to the agents on the panel and looking up to them. Last week, I got to sit in one of those chairs. ❤️

I’m so grateful I was asked to be part of the panel at our Berkshire Hathaway statewide convention. I still look up to so many people in our company, and being invited to share my own experiences meant a lot to me. My hope is that something I shared made a difference for at least one agent.

I absolutely love this career and can’t imagine being anywhere else. Grateful to be part of a company with people who support each other, share what they know, and always put their clients first. 🤍

Some homes are so much more than a place to live. They hold years of memories, and deciding to sell isn’t always easy. ❤️

These sellers first reached out in February, but the timing wasn’t quite right. In August, they reached out again and said it was time to sell the home they had loved for so many years.

We reviewed the market together, talked through their goals, and priced their home with a timely sale in mind. Within 24 hours, they received an offer! We closed in September, and they were able to move out when they needed to. The timing couldn’t have worked out better for them. 🏡

I’m so grateful they trusted me to guide them through such a meaningful move. Wishing them all the best as they settle into their next chapter! ❤️
