"Hi, I own that empty lot. Cash sale, quick close?" 🕵️

Sounds like easy money. But that "owner" might not own a thing.

The FBI warns crooks are posing as owners of vacant lots with fake IDs and burner numbers. They list the land with real agents, then wire the cash out of state.

Own land? Sign up for your county recorder's fraud alerts. It's your early warning system.

Buying? If the seller won't meet or video-chat and wants it closed fast and cheap, walk away. 🚩

"This is Officer Daniels with the FTC. Your phone number has been linked to crimes overseas, and we're shutting it off in one hour." 😳

If you ever get that call, hang up. It's a scam, and it's a good one. They'll give you a fake badge number. They'll "transfer you to a cop." Then comes the real ask: a "security deposit" to keep your line on.

Here's the truth: the real FTC will never call to threaten your phone, never ask for money, and never tell you to keep it a secret.

Hang up, breathe, and report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov. Scammers, we see you. 👀

I need y’all to help me celebrate my FRIEND for a minute.

Because when you actually know somebody personally, you know there’s a whole lot that happens behind the Facebook posts.

I’ve watched Tiaesha go through some S**T.

I’ve watched life hit her in ways that could’ve made her completely give up.

And somehow this woman took one of the most painful seasons of her life and turned it into something that can now help somebody else.

She wrote THREE guided journals.

GRIEF IT.
HEAL IT.
RELEASE IT.™

And what makes me even more proud is knowing these weren’t books she just researched and decided to write.

She LIVED this.

She had to grieve.

She had to heal.

She had to learn how to release some s**t.

And now she’s putting that process into somebody else’s hands.

Tomorrow, September 1, she officially releases the complete collection.

And because I know my friend, I KNOW she probably done overthought this 100 times, changed something 50 times and almost talked herself out of releasing it another 25 times.

But she DID IT.

So today I’m giving my friend her flowers.

Tiaesha Jackson, I’m proud of you.

I’m proud of how far you’ve come.

I’m proud that you didn’t let what happened to you become the end of your story.

And I’m proud that you turned your pain into PURPOSE.

Tomorrow is YOUR DAY.

Everybody help me congratulate my friend.
