Our #1 reason we do real estate is because we get to help people solve their problems and have fun in the process!

As we were driving through Westbrook, ME searching for deals we noticed a distressed looking property that could use some TLC. We went and knocked on the door and an elderly man came to greet us. We got talking to the older gentlemen and come to find out, he is disabled and had a wife who passed away some time ago. It was just him living there. This is when we knew we needed to help him. We began the process of buying the property from him. 🤝

It took us a few months to negotiate and coordinate with the bank but we eventually got to a point that everyone was happy with and helped get the seller out from underneath it! He was very happy we could help him out! 😁

His plan was to move to an elderly housing facility where he will be much more comfortable.

The pictures displayed are of the gutted property, it needed everything redone. We enjoy taking these properties and essentially bringing them back to life and into the hands of an end buyer that is going to call this home their's for the next 30+ years! 😍
