What is the real estate market like in Sierrafield right now? Here is the June 2024 Market update from the Spica Real Estate Team:
- Most recent sale is 7406 Chino Valley, a very popular floor plan. Originally listed for $280,000 and sold for $275,000, which is about a 5% discount on the original asking price, which we don't see a lot of these days.
- 7389 Rock Canyon is the only pre-owned condo available on the market in Sierrafield market right now. There are a few new construction condos available right now including 1250 Sand Springs Drive, which is the last new condo available in the Greens of Sierrafield.
- 1221 & 1227 Madera Ct is our re-entrance into the Trails of Sierrafield. That is building 14 and building 16 is in process. Got some new floor plans and we are excited to see how that goes.

Inventory is extremely low and the values are going up. So if you own a condo in Sierrafield, the value of your condo has gone up and is determined by the condition of your condo!
