Peach Place Apartments

Peach Place Apartments Managed by CAHEC Management, Inc. We are a 100% Section 42 55+ Senior Tax Credit property and do have some income restrictions.

We do accept portable Section 8 vouchers from tenants that are already receiving or are pre-approved through Ga. DCA for this benefit in or is transferable to Peach County Georgia. We do not qualify the tenant for housing assistance or housing vouchers upon application. We have fixed rents for our units and do not have an income based rental system.
